Though it was made legal last year it is now illegal again. I don't think I have ever read such bullshit before in my life. In all seriousness, it was illegal before and unenforceable, so nothing has really changed. It's dumb though, and shows a severe lack of common sense. How is money lost if I buy a CD album and rip it so I can play it on an mp3 player while on the go? It's simple greed if they think the consumer should be paying for the same album multiple times just because they wish to have access to that album in different formats. |
