I had to consult my RYM track ratings because I rememeber almost nothing about that album, but I had Breadline clearly rated the highest, so I voted for that one. It's not my least favorite Megadeth album (I hated their next one even more,) but it's certainly not the most inspiring album of all time.

It´s been a while, but I don´t remember Risk being such a bad release. Just different and more hard rock and heavy metal influenced than thrash. I´ve voted Breadline too.

I don't think it's that bad, it has a handful of pretty good songs. Seven is my favorite, showing that Megadeth can play great hard rock.
