It's been going since January. The most recent one was from Tuesday. I'm thinking that's about enough time for a poll to have collected ample votes.

Tuesday was only two days ago. Pantera was the final poll and the winner as shown here only has two votes. That's not exactly conclusive. It's already changed even to be a three way tie between Cowboys From Hell, Primal Concrete Sledge and Cemtery Gates. All with only two votes each. Other polls like the one for By Inheritance only have three votes total. All I'm saying is this appeared too soon. A lot too soon. Six months from now would be a better time, if not longer. |

I don't disagree that I should have waited a bit and posted a reminder in one of the polls to vote, but six months? It's exactly for that reason why it would be a better idea to wait a lot longer. I know this is all meant to be in the name of fun but how can you claim that this is the top 25 songs when only a few people have voted on the individual polls? Also not everyone can visit this forum every day. I definitely can't. Maybe not wait six months, but do at least wait for as long as it takes for every poll to have a reasonable amount of votes (under 10 is not reasonable), preferrably with a clear winner. |
