I've been extremely heavily hooked into this band recently, so here's the obvious poll  As much as I like for example Long Live Rock 'n' Roll and the seemingly very low rated Turner era material, Rainbow Rising stands head and shoulders above the rest. The rest of almost all heavy metal albums I've ever heard. Almost all of the songs are little masterpieces of their own, and very few pieces of rock music capture epicness like Stargazer. I only have the Dio ones. Of those, Rising is probably the best.
