Ah, German power metal! Few others can match its perfection(I'd like to think us Americans come pretty close though )..and w/ that said I want to know what YOU guys think who the best in the business are! For my money's worth I'm gonna go w/ one of the more obscure contenders in Mystic Prophecy! I just love their dark and gritty style so much!

They're pretty great, but ironically a bit too consistent as well. They may never make a bad album, but they never surprise either. Scorpions is less heavy than the bands on the list I guess, that's why. Accept and Warlock should have been there, more than Scorpions IMO.
