Didn't watch it myself but I've been sent the link for the Italian winner and it's a pretty decent slice of funk rock.

For those who are't in this part of the word, Eurovision is an annual song competition where members of the European Broadcasting Union submit their countries "best" song, usually middle of the road pop tripe, although there's the odd good tune. The UK scored a massive zero points for its entry LOL

I usually avoid it if possible but sometimes it's unavoidable as the better half insists on watching it every year. I was surprised to see a few countries with acts actually featuring guitars this year. Still didn't enjoy though

Last time I took any notice of it was when Englebert Humperdinck entered it. He's considered an honorary Maori here in New Zealand because of the song "Ten Guitars", which is the unofficial Maori national anthem.Cool

The sensation in Denmark, is that that female bassist is half Danish...and obviously the one who came up with the Danish name of the band.
