http://www.grammy.org/recording-academy/announcement/category-list This further proves its an elitist panel that would rather be a "private club" than a celebration of music. One news item is not surprising in a genre merger that shows it that I do not need to get into in order to get a reaction but that is not the only thing. |

You think since the things are generally considered worthless that it wouldn't cost more to give them out.  No Best Rock Instrumental Performance?? 4 classical awards eliminated?? Not surprised by the hard rock/metal merger since they're clueless about both anyways.
