This certainly isn't a huge issue, but I noticed that shouts have been unintentionally double-posted fairly frequently under reviews and such. Does anyone know why this is?

I haven�t seen it anywhere. Maybe Phil has an explanation.

I'm guessing the user who wrote the shout accidentally double clicked on the Submit button... I should make disappeared the Submit button when clicked.
