they doint joik around on this song here they chant in english  , but their might be some joik later in the song -------------

Since there is no Sami nation (I mean geopolitically and all that), I guess it would be under Norway. -------------

Hi, i've listened to couple of songs, hm i can hear some pop-metal elements there, but there are a heavy folkish elements there (probably the Joik thing?), so I assume they should be under folk metal ? |

I took another listen, it's a no for folk metal. To be honest I think their heavier stuff is more in the hard rock vein than anything. ^ It was a no for folk metal. If I'm reading into Stephen's post correctly, it was a not all that sure yes for hard rock. I'd check again with the hard rock team before adding.
