Any opinions on them?

Hmm...I remember listening to them quite a bit, but they havent stuck because I cant really remember right now how they sound. A description might help me remember

Well, I'd call them thrash with a screamer. Really tasteful guitar work, but nothing new, to be honest. Anywhere I've read a description, they're labeled just "heavy metal."

Okay, I just listened to a bunch of their other stuff. They do have a strong metalcore flavor to them. But they tend to mix old school shredding with that sound. It's a neat balance.
It's like metalcore with leads that are total classic metal. Obviously a new-school singer/screamer. But he's good.
Anyway. Neat stuff. I love extreme stuff, but since I am big into melody, metlcore always has a natural appeal to me on some level. After hearing a bunch more of their stuff, I kinda have to retract the thrash comment, but that's definitely an influence.

Hmm...Im usually not big on singer/screamer type vocals, but Ill give them a chance again sometime in the future...
