Not even sure what that means...did he have a heart attack? Anyways, I hope he gets better, the guy is a great drummer.

Hoping for a quick and full recovery!  ...and in answer to your question, heart failure is when there's not enough blood flow to meet your body's needs (to the best of my knowledge, anyway).
