I was a bit disappointed with the new Havok to be honest. It's not bad but it's not great either and the new thrash scene needs greatness in order to be worthwhile, otherwise, everything sounds almost identical. 

The new one sounds like last year's EP, ie a bit like modern Overkill, which is fine. But it's lacking great songwriting imo.

Vektor easily for me. Havok is pretty cool too, I haven't gotten around to listening to their latest, but I thought Time Is Up was a great thrash album.

I definitely haven't heard anywhere near all of these, but Municipal Waste is cool.  Same with Skeletonwitch.
