I was sifting thru the 'Progressive Metal' part of this site, and found these guys from Iran of all places. Whispers In Crimson, they sound a bit more power metal that progressive metal to my ears, and sound pretty darned good  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQtFS86CAu0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-NZlzPdlVY Someone in the comments section on one of those videos says the singer is the guy from Sinbreed

I'm definitely gonna check out quite a few of these, have me really curious now. Definitely enjoyed 'High Priestess' though, by Kobra and the Lotus. Awesome stuff! |

I'd personally add Riot's 'Unleash the Fire' to that list...monster of an album! New vocalist is great(even better than the others imo, yes, even Tony Moore)! |
