I noticed April Wine is listed here as traditional metal. I am familiar with this band and they are about as hard rock as can be. Also isn't it supposed to be proto-metal anyway for albums 1975 and before? I have heard most of the late 70s and early 80s albums and i can guarantee that they are hard rock and AOR. Videos: remove the s from https:// only use http:// MMA has some sort of allergy to the s.  Don't know the band but seems an odd placement: Kim's bio seems to agree with everything you're saying here. Yep, I have the Nature Of The Beast album, and hard rock it is. This is the album that contains the immortal lines - "Disco music's just a social disease". I remember someone at Uni in the 1980s scrawling it across the student's union building (not me - to be clear!). |
