What a mess this Spermswamp project is. If the thematic elements aren't enough to turn someone away, then the amount of terrible in the music definitely will.
Let's look at this particular EP. More than half the content on the songs is sampling, and what's left is a mixture of a crappy sounding drum machine and vocals put through a distorter. He doesn't even get too diverse with the samples either. He seems content with repeating the samples over and over, such as the girl on "Rave-Girl Is Sexualy Abused While She's On X-Tacy" giving the same toned moan while some crappy music is played.
In fact, there's barely any metal elements to be found here at all. I mean the blastbeats are there albeit provided by a drum machine, but where are the guitars? It's all electronic dickery. Listen to "Fermented Anal Nectar". It sounds like low quality jazz mixed in with Mario style NES quality music and distorted growls.
It's enough that whoever's in charge of this project does what he does, but he actually tries to market it then! Do pornogrind fans really have no standards?
