Ysengrin - To Endotation Just came out in May, so it's a very recent 1 track album. Good stuff. |

I second this. It's like a french answer to EoS Crimson (sort of). Plenty of styles and genres are touched on throughout. |

Good point, can't believe I missed that album off the list. Great stuff indeed. Especially if one is into sludge. Overmars - Born Again is a 40 minute sludge piece as well. Also good. |

Hey, Renkls, what about the Rorcal albums? Most of them are one-song albums, including the huge Heliogabalus, 70 minutes long. And it's free for download!

Of Darkness - The Empty Eye is a pretty good self financed album/song too.

The Sacrilege of Fatal Arms would be my equal best 1 track album alongside The Dwelling. It's an amazing 79 minutes long (true, the last ten minutes is mostly silence, but still). Amazing stuff. |

Whats even more surprising is Gnaw Their Tongues are on PA. http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=4884 they wouldn't get past the current PMT as it is now though. |

^I think the closest thing to the subject of this thread the Dream Theather ever made was the second CD of Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence.

Was going to say Mei by Echolyn before realizing that's not metal in the least....
How about Metropolis Pt 2: Scenes from a Memory?

I listened to this today. Its not really metal. More like an industrial, noise, black ambient mixture.
