I'll probably get banned for posting a Nickelback song  but this is the best thing I've ever heard from them, and the guitar riff sounds a bit like prog metal

I will listen to it in a bit,  because I have stuff to do soon and I'd rather not have to tear myself away from it after just one listen.

Finally listened to it, now on my third listen. This one feels like Arjen's attempt to break the record for how much he can fit into under 5 minutes: Pretty much, you're not going to catch everything in one or two goes, because it moves so fast. It is in fact awesome, though, and this album has serious potential to be my favorite prog album since The Human Equation, so I hope the whole thing is as good as the two tracks released so far, and I don't have much reason to doubt it will be.

Another quality release from the mighty I, Voidhanger Records on the way. Steaming on Bandcamp now.

Good to hear, I very much want to listen to it too.

I've seen some pretty expensive ones before though. Maybe 3rd party Amazon sellers will have cheaper copies available once its out. You can't never tell in advance since Amazon doesn't allow 3rd party pre-orders.
