Groundshaker was a hard rock band in the early 70's. They played a lot of their gigs at "the Continental Hyatt House" coffee shop in Hollywood.
One of their many managers was Charlie Green, of the management team of Brian Stone & Charlie Green, who had represented and produced 60's greats such as Iron Butterfly, Sonny & Cher and Buffalo Springfield.
They had many offers from record labels, but they did not accept any contracts. The band split up in 1973.
Their sole album recorded in 1971-72 at the Paramount Studios. Produced by T.C. Corbett who produced E.G. Mount Rushmore.
In 2007 Morgana Welch and Terry C. Corbett, re-produced the album from their old tapes.
