41 Down is an American nu metal/alternative metal band from Prattville, Alabama formed in the mid 90's as Ditch. In 1997 they changed their name to 41 Down with the name coming from a crossword puzzle. They released their debut in 1997, and after another album and EP, they changed their name again to Trust Company in 2002.
The band utilized elements of indie rock and post-hardcore.
