A Dead Silence is a technical deathcore band from Adelaide in South Australia, formed in 2007.
After writing its demo CD, A Dead Silence played its first show with Thy Art Is Murder and in the months following, the band quickly began developing a strong fan base and had made a name for themselves by playing intense, heavy and energetic live shows around Adelaide and abroad.
The release of A Dead Silence's debut EP Catharsis brought an animated response and lead to a string of local supports in Adelaide. The band played as main support for Thy Art Is Murder's 'Hate Across Tasmania Tour'.
Having played alongside bands the likes of Suicide Silence, Thy Art Is Murder, All Shall Perish, The Amity Affliction, Asking Alexandria, Fit For A King, Emmure, Aversions Crown, Northlane and Boris The Blade, A Dead Silence continues to push their boundaries as a band.
