ABNEGATION was founded by Jordan Moore in 2017 as a solo music project based out of Melbourne, Australia.
"Abnegation is my musical vision inspired by a variety of my favorite heavy metal genres that I've grown up listening to from a young age. I see this band as a creative outlet that portrays a reflection of my own emotions and experiences.
For me.. this is therapy!
I am very excited to announce the release of my debut EP titled "Inception Of A Dream" which was recorded in September 2017 by Troy McCosker (Ne Obliviscaris) at Pony Music studio, Melbourne and mixed by Daniel Bergstrand of Dugout Productions, Sweden (In Flames, Soilwork, Dimmu Borgir).
Containing five diverse songs spanning over 30 minutes in length 'Inception Of A Dream' is a sure sign of what to expect musically from Abnegation in the future.
