Aeonsgate is an international doom metal project based out of Stockholm in Sweden.
The band comprises Jondix on guitar (Great Coven, Eight Hands for Kali and Ätman-Acron), Mats Leven on vocals (Krux, Malmsteen, Therion, Candlemass, Cem Köksal), Joseph Diaz on bass (Graham Bonnet, Bobby Martin, End Unseen, Jon Oliva's Pain) and Marco Minneman on drums (Kreator, Necrophagist, Steven Wilson, Ephel Duath, Illogicist, Painstyle, Psyaxis, Nathan Frost).
Aeonsgate released its one-track debut album, Pentalpha, in 2014.
