Amnesty is a metalcore band from Port Saint Lucie in Florida, formed in 2016.
Amnesty was originally known as Menace, formed in 2010.

Amnesty was formed in 2010 under a different name (Menace). The band was started by lead guitarist, Vaughn Benson, who later recruited bassist, Christian Farina who in 2016 changed positions and became the front man of Amnesty. Soon after Benson and Farina began Menace they were joined by Drummer, Brendan Scarlett. The three of them would rehearse for days at a time to get their performance as tight as it could be. After weeks of endless practice sessions the band decided to announce that they were interested in playing their first show. A post was made on Facebook and was responded to immediately.
