Apokalyptic Raids is a blackened thrash metal band from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil formed in 1997. They changed their name slightly in 2001 from Apocalyptic Raids, changing one letter. Apokalyptic Raids released their debut full-length studio album "Only Death Is Real..." in 2001 and their second full-length studio album "The Return of The Satanic Rites" in 2003. Their third full-length studio album "The Third Storm - World War III" was released in 2005.
