As The Monster Becomes is a technical deathcore band from Mantova in Italy, formed in 2009.

"As The Monster Becomes are a band born in Mantova in 2009.
The first line up saw at the voice Michele Valpondi, guitar Matteo Villambrosa, bass guitar Cristian Soncini, drum Mirko Lai and lately in 2010, as lead guitar Alessandro Guerresi.
The first gigs had was in Gualtieri at Tempo Rock where the band played other two times in 2011 and 2012, and then in places like "Quinte Club"(Milan),Viadana Open Air in 2010 where we had the luck to share the stage with Blood Red Throne, Sadist, The Modern Age Slavery, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Vision Divine, Folkstone and many others.
In January 2011 was released the first EP "The perfect storm".With the time, the initially sound sweet-core became more strong and power remembering the deathcore sound, with some influence of band like Rings Of Saturn, Veil Of
