"Ashes Of Mercy is a five-piece hardcore influenced death metal band from Coventry, Rhode Island consisting of vocalist Gabe Izzo, guitarist Nick Maini, bassist Dave Ucci, keyboardist Mike Florio, and drummer Matt O'Brien.
From its beginnings in late 2006 as A Savage Deception, the band members have together evolved from basic metalcore style writing into a pummeling machine of brutality, catchiness, and versatility.
With their first studio quality release "Enter The Kingdom", the band hopes to solidify themselves as a true contender in the ever-growing metal and hardcore scene. Taking influence from virtually all styles of metal, the new release is a large step-up from their previous release, "Hell's Gate", on all levels."
