Astral DNA is a progressive metal band from Athens in Greece, founded in 2005.

Astral DNA's music is a mixture of the band members' favourite elements ranging from the 80's to nowadays european and american metal scene.They combine catchy riffs with technical parts along with intense and powerful vocals,creating a sound which is difficult to be categorised.

Within the 6 months of its existence the band managed to compose its first album and record a 3-track demo cd. The production was made by Astral DNA's frontman Babis Nikou.

In February 2013 the band finished the production of its upcoming debut album entitled "Supergod".The album which is expected to be released sometime during the year features two amazing guest performances from Evergrey's frontman Tom Englund and Visions of Atlantis' frontlady Maxi Nil.The production was made again by the band's frontman Babis Nikou and the cover artwork by Morgenland art.
