The band was formed by Dimitar Dimitrov and Rossen Litov back in 1983 and at this time, cause of the Soviet Regime the band have had hard times because their live shows have often been persecuted by the police. But after the fall of the regime Atlantic quckly started participation in many festivals, also playing many cover versions during this time and finally in 1994 they go to studio and record their first album, released in 1996. Becoming more and more popular, the band get invited in many European festivals.
