Banzai is a Spanish heavy metal/hard rock act that was originally active between 1981-1985. They released two studio albums, Banzai (1983) and Duro y potente (1984) before disbanding.
The group reformed in 1987 for a gig and released a third album, Alive n' Screamin (1988), though this was actually Duro y potente with some lyrics changed to English.
Banzai reformed full-time in 2010.
