Betrayal was an US thrash metal act from Van Nuys, California formed in 1991.
The band played thrash metal from 1991 and until they initially disbanded in 1994. Marcus N. Colon revived Betrayal as a one-man project in 1999 and changed the music style to industrial gothic metal. Betrayal was what you´d call a "white metal" act as their lyrics evolve around Christianity.
Betrayal was earlier known as Martyr, active between 186 and 1991.
