BRAIN HEART INFUSION is a progressive metal band formed in Brescia, Italy, in 2002.
The band was formed by Luca Bonometti, Simone Bigioli and Andrea Dosseni. Bonometti was replaced on bass by Luca Bonetti and Marco Vantini was added as the new band vocalist in 2006. Brain Heart Infusion released their first demo in 2004. The band’s full-length debut, The Fugitive, was released independently in 2007.
The band's main influences are Dream Theater, Savatage and Symphony X, with these influences being mixed with some Italian-style epic power metal for good measure.
