Carving Colours is a progressive metal band from Seville in Andalusia.
The band was born during summer 2010, when Juan Antonio and Juan Pablo joined Luisma (drummer) and started modelling some songs. November came, and Julio joined the trio covering bass duties.
With the new year, Luisma left the band due to creative differences. A month later, Martin replaced Luisma on the drums, but left the band after only a month, searching for other ventures.
In the verge of giving up, the band decided to man up and model a concept EP with all the material and sketches they had and recorded it, at least to have a testimony of the months of creation. The writing process became feverish and filled with enthusiasm.
Then around April, Luis R. auditioned with the band and got the drummer position. With renewed strength, the writing process evolved further and the band gained consistence and confidence, finally being
