Ciruelo Cilindrico is a progressive metal band from Arucas, Spain. The band was formed in 2002 by Itobal Medina (drums), Attmeixim Cárdenes (bass), Daniel Pérez (guitar) and Javier (guitar). During this period the band had a few personnel changes. By 2003 the band had its settled line-up with Itobal Medina, Attmeixim Cárdenes, Daniel Pérez, Anry Mederos (vocals, guitars) and Ancor Ramírez (guitars).
In November 2004 Ancor Ramírez was fired from the band and was replaced by Daniel Bautista. Following these events Daniel Pérez decided to part ways with the band too, so Anry Mederos started playing guitars as well as providing the vocals. In June 2005 the band released their first EP entitled "Six Magical Bullets", followed in December 2007 by the full length album "Gemini". In 2008 Ciruelo Cilindrico released their second full-length album, "Ciruelosis". A second EP "C'est Fini", recorded without Attmeixim Cárdenes, was released later the same year.
