CortisoL is a Canadian sludge / doom / drone metal band from Montreal in Quebec, formed in 2004.
Originally known as September 12, the band released its self-titled debut full-length studio album as CortisoL in 2004.
CortisoL also had a thrash metal side project between 2004 and 2007 under the name Dentïst.
