Crimson Sky is a progressive metal band from Plainfield in Connecticut.
"Crimson Sky is the brain child prog metal band of guitarist/vocalist Jay Santo. The group also features John Giacchi on drums/percussion and Billy Buchanan on electric and upright bass. Defined by some as "progressive metal at it's finest", the band crosses many different styles of music together. From pounding blast beats, to smooth classical guitar sections, from doomy groove riffs to haunting string arrangements this band will take your ears on a listening adventure like no other."
