Crossbreed was an industrial/nu metal band formed in 1996. The band gained a following after touring with Rammstein and Static-X in 2001, getting their Synthetic Division album from the same year to sell 100,000 copies. In 2008, the band opened their own recording studio, dubbed "The Candy Factory". The band broke up in 2010 after playing their last show in December of said year at the The State Theatre in St. Petersburg, Florida.
