Daedalean Complex is a band from Quebec City performing a blend of goth metal and industrial metal. The band was founded in 2007 and the name was derived from Greek mythology (see Daedalus for further explanation) with a contemporary twist.

2007:
* In 2007, Daedalus (keyboardist, founder) feels the need to start a side-project as he can't express himself totally in his other band (End of Cycle). After showing his demos to his great friend and guitarist John DC, they both realize the full potential of the project and start to work on getting a full-on band. * RiXx - bass (Never more than less) and Ralph DC - drums (Abjury) embark on the journey to stardom. * After a 3 months search and no suitable frontman in sight, Daedalus puts an ad on the band's MySpace page.
