Decadence is an instrumental progressive metal band from Struga in Macedonia, formed in 2003.
Decademce started as a trio with Ivana Baloska on guitar, Stefan Golaboski-drums and Vlatko Krstevski-bass. At first, the band was playing cover songs from bands like Iron Maiden, Metallica and Black Sabbath.
The band changed a few names and after Sashe Brankovski joined the band as a lead guitar player in 2003, the band started creating their own music under the name Decadence.
In the summer of 2003 Decadence released a demo recording with 3 instrumental tracks: “Intro”, “Rise & Fall” and “At The Beginning”.
Unable to find vocalist, Decadence continued working as an instrumental band performing on many gigs all over Macedonia.
Decadence also released an unofficial DVD, “Live At Castro 2007” while performing with two other Macedonian metal bands: Scattered and Lelek.
