Dejan Toracki is a Shred Guitarist from Queensland, Australia. Exposed to classic rock for early in life, Dejan recalls: “I always loved music and I took piano lessons from a really young age. I remember my brother buying KISS Alive! As soon as it went on, it blew my mind and I was totally obsessed!”
Monster acts such as Thin Lizzy, Rainbow, AC/DC and Van Halen’s first album were constantly being blasted at home. At school, Dejan met Laurie Ferdinands (Loz) who “was the coolest guy ever – he was the first guy I’d ever met who knew rock inside-out, played guitar in an actual band AND loved heavy metal! He introduced me to bands such as Metallica, Testament, Kreator, Destruction and Holy Moses….. !”
