Disdained is a Swedish gothic metal band, formed in 2005. Their current lineup features Therése Thomsson (Vocals), Johan Hartman (Guitars), Niklas Dahlin (Guitars), Tomas Stolt (Bass) and Johan Persson (Drums). They play a brand of modern gothic melody with an emphasis on heavy guitars and Therese's clear, powerful vocals. In 2011 they released their full length debut Kill My Only Enemy, through Rambo Music in Sweden. Fans from other countries had been asking for a wider release, and in October of 2014 the band announced that they had finally reached a deal to have the album distributed worldwide.
