Dissipate began as a vision in 1998, and later came together during the summer of 2005. They have since recorded and released 3 albums, as well as several rounds of merchandise. Their merchandise ranges from stickers, guitar picks, and wrist bands to posters, t-shirts, and sweatshirts. Although there have been a number of member changes since, this 5 piece is satisfied with their current lineup. Each and every member comes from a different musical background. This has helped to add to their diversity, with each member’s inspiration coming from a different source; gaining insight from other genres, which are not metal oriented.
