Eccentric Pendulum is a progressive death metal band formed in 2008 in Bangalore India.
Eccentric Pendulum gathered together various members from a number of existing bands: drummer Vibhas who from Spitfire, guitarist Ashish from Inner Sanctum, vocalist Nikhil from Asylum and bassist Arun from Extinct Reflections. Eccentric Pendulum mixes death metal with technical thrash, metalcore, progressive metal and jazz fusion.
After a 2009 EP 'The Sculptor of Negative Emotions', the band’s full-length, 'Winding the Optics', was released in 2011.
