Edu Falaschi is the former lead singer of Brazilian power metal bands Angra and Almah. The latter band initially started off as a solo project, before turning into a full time band leading into their second album, Fragile Equality.
Shortly after disbanding Almah, Edu released a solo acoustic rock album, featuring guest musicians. Following that and a compilation of various ballads sung with his two previous main bands, he formed a new band, including fellow former Angra member Aquiles Priester (Drums), former Almah members Diego Mafra (Guitars) and Raphael Dafras (Bass), as well as live Almah member Fabio Laguna (Keyboards.)
This new band, officially listed as a solo project, released their full length debut Vera Cruz, in May of 2021, and it represents the next step in Edu's career, blending together elements of his past bands, while standing out on its own.
