El Doom & The Born Electric is a progressive hard rock band from Norway, formed in 2011.
The band's style takes much influence from 1970s progressive hard rock including Rush and Deep Purple, but also is influenced by the more modern sounds of Soungarden, Opeth and Mastodon.
The band's debut self-titled album was released January 6, 2012.
