ELEVENTH OCEAN is a symphonic progressive metal band from Córdoba, Argentina. The band has its beginnings in 2007. Formed initially by Jose Luna (guitar) and Valentin Schaffhauser (drums), they were joined by Julio Invaldi (voice), Oscar Cavion (bass) and James Toselli (keyboard). They have performed in various venues around Cordoba and Buenos Aires, receiving great support from the public. In mid-2012 the band released their first eight track album "Eleventh Ocean". After the official launch of the album, Julio Invaldi left the band for personal reasons, giving the job to Santiago Burgi (who had collaborated with his voice on the recording). With the entry of Santiago, the band explored new musical directions, trying to broaden their horizons and consolidating its style.
The band’s music is powerful heavy metal shaded with different mood and time changes that provide a progressive touch. The music is accompanied by arrangements and orchestrations
