Formed in 2000, Firestorm is a progressive metal band from Castelfidardo in Italy.
Firestorm started as an Iron Maiden cover band in 2000 but soon started focussing on its own music, releasing the demo The Never-Ending Course of Time in 2003 to some acclaim.
Two demos in 2006 and 2007 were followed by the debut album release, Web Of Deceit, in 2008.
Since releasing the album the band have lost vocalist Riccardo Curzi (replaced in 2010 by Leandro Hladkowicz) and guitarist Moreno Baldoni (replaced by Cristiano Tiberi).
