Flapjack is a Polish metal band whose music has covered a range of different genres. They first formed in 1993 and released their debut album Ruthless Kick a year later as a crossover thrash act, but turned towards groove/nu-metal on their second album Fairplay in 1996.
By the time of their third album Juicy Planet Earth in 1997 the band were playing a even more nu/alternative based metal sound. They split up the same year.
Flapjack later reformed in 2003 and eventually released a comeback album, Keep Your Heads Down, in 2012.
