For The Perilous is a metalcore band from Lancaster in Pennsylvania, formed in 2008.

For The Perilous is a five piece band originating from Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The band first kick-started it's career in the winter of 2008 with original members Michael Mavretic and Seth Shindel. The band strives it's best to deliver a perfect form of heavy and melody to it's audience. In 2011, the band caught it's first break with a few local sponsorship and management. Through proper leadership, the band landed it's first full length album titled "Contingency" in 2012. Shortly after the band's release, they started touring, had a merchandise line and released a music video. Unfortunately, as the saying always goes, "All good things must come to an end."
