Full Circle were a progressive metal band from Binghamton, NY. The band formed after the demise of Twilight Kingdom. The group featured Thomas Rice, Kevin Hamm, Steve Paugh, and Shane Riley. They released one album, "Matter of Time". The group announced on their Myspace page on September 28, 2006 that they were putting the band indefinitely on hold.
