Garden are a progressive metal band from Scotland, lead by led by songwriter, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Samuel Bradley. Garden began in 2006 as a personal creative venture for Samuel Bradley. Originally envisaged as a power metal outfit with a few progressive twists included, the protracted process of forming a band resulted in a much more experimental and eclectic sound by the time the demo arrived in 2011. In 2012 Garden released their self-titled debut EP as a digital download . Garden style themselves as a progressive symphonic power metal band and this certainly forms part of their sound. Cited influences include Kamelot, Dream Theater, Symphony X, Yes. Jethro Tull, Haken and Ihsahn.
